Memorial Wall Plaques

The Turf Moor Memorial Garden has two curved walls that surround a paved area which can hold plaques, the plaques of former players Jimmy McIlroy, Peter Noble and former Club Chairman, Frank Teasdale adorns these walls.

Please find below the application form which you need to complete in order to start the process of purchasing a Memorial Wall Plaque, which will cost £395 (including VAT) and will be retained on the Memorial Wall for 10 years.

The Memorial Wall Plaque is made with 12" x 9" x 3/4" honed grey slate and the inscription will be carved lettering painted white. The Plaques are created and maintained by Stevenson Memorial.
